Privacy Policy.-Marina Riviera Nayarit (the "Company" or "we"), a corporate conglomerate belonging to La Cruz Yacht Club, S.A. de C.V., Embarcadero La Cruz, S.A. de C.V., La Cruz Shipyard, S. de R.L. de C.V., Alfesspe Operadora de Restaurantes, S. de R.L. de C.V., with its principal place of business at Marlin 39-A, Playas de Huanacaxtle, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Municipality of Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit, México, 63734, is responsible of the personal information that may be collected through paper forms or websites (hereinafter collectively known as, the "Website"). The Company may be involved in one of the following services: marina slips, reservations, food and beverages (restaurants, bar or coffee), as well as other services that the Company might offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), by which it delivers advertisements and offers by email to its "list members," that is, people who sign up for the Service through our opt-in process via our Site or paper forms. The members in the list may be selected as recipients of conventional or e-mail messages that from time to time may be instrumented for the promotion of our services.

The information related with real estate or tourist developments that may be presented through this web site is only for exposition purposes. Such information is neither an offer nor an offer solicitation. Furthermore, said information is only for individuals or corporations in Mexican territory.
List members can be removed from our lists at any time, no questions asked. We know that just because you joined a list a month ago doesn't mean that you necessarily want to stay on it forever. • Name of title holder and address or other means of communicating our answer to your request.
• Documents ascertaining your identity, or in its case, the legal representation.
• Precise and clear description of the personal information in respect to which you seek to exercise any of the abovementioned rights.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal information.

We shall have a maximum term of 45 days to respond to your petition and we will inform you of the outcome through conventional mail to the physical address or e-mail address that you have provided us with.

Transfer of personal information.

Except for the limited situations discussed in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personal information with any third parties. We may sometimes use other businesses to perform certain services. In such instances, we may provide your personal information to those businesses but they are not permitted to retain or use your information for any other purpose.

Any request for delivery of the personal information shall be for free, and You shall only cover the reasonable and justified expenses of the shipping or reproduction in copies or other formats. Nevertheless, if you recall your request in a period of less than 12 twelve months, such request shall have a cost of three days of Minimum Wage Applicable in the Distrito Federal, Mexico unless that there are substantial changes in the Privacy Policy.

We also inform you that you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure, at the Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos(Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection)  within 15 days after receiving the Company’s response or upon expiration of the 45 days term that follows the filling date of your request.
